* An ongoing promotion that applies to all the properties:
• We will waive the $30 application processing fee (up to 2 applicants, thus saving you up to $60) if you provide a partial holding deposit of $200 as a cashier’s check or money when applying for a unit. This $200 partial holding deposit goes towards your security deposit.
• If you are approved for the unit at a security deposit less than one month’s of rent for the unit you have applied for, then your $200 partial holding deposit is non-refundable should you choose not to take the apartment.
• If you are approved for the unit at a security deposit that is equivalent to, or higher than one month’s of rent for the unit you applied for, then your $200 partial holding deposit can be refunded to you minus the application fees ($30 per adult applicant) should you choose not to take the apartment.
• Once you are informed of your approval and the accompanying total security deposit amount, you will have a day to decide whether or not you would like to proceed and take the apartment. Neglecting to get back to the property’s manager of your decision after one day forfeits your $200 partial holding deposit.

* Terms and conditions for specials
Specials cannot be combined together unless indicated specifically next to a listing.  Certain specials apply only to 1 year leases. Other specials require proof of purchase or receipts.  Price matching special requires a printed advertisement that either shows an address or a telephone number for verification and the compared unit has to be of same size and amenities.  Specials do not apply to 3rd. party referrals nor can they be combined with their discounts or specials.
